1. Pre-inspection and preparation:
Before you start packing, thoroughly check the equipment status.
2. Primary waterproofing and shock protection:
Use waterproof film to wrap the equipment tightly, making sure to cover all edges and connection points to prevent moisture intrusion.
Add a layer of shockproof material, such as bubble film or polyurethane foam, between the waterproof film and the equipment to increase the cushioning effect.
3. Secondary packaging and reinforcement:
Choose appropriate external packaging materials according to the size of the equipment and the mode of transportation. For heavy or fragile equipment, wooden boxes are recommended; for lighter or standard-sized equipment, wooden pallets may be a more economical choice.
4. External waterproofing and marking:
When transporting by sea or in hot and humid areas, clearly mark the instructions such as fragile", "this end up", "handle with care", as well as the consignee's details and tracking number.
