The main purpose of the Stenter Machine is to stretch the fabric flat and make the width of the weft width uniform. In the textile printing and dyeing factory, the Stenter Machine stretches the fabric flat by heating and applying tension to both sides to ensure that the weft width of the fabric is consistent.
Working principle and components
The Stenter Machine consists of multiple cloth guide rollers, edge suction devices, brackets with rollers, cloth clips and needle plates, heating devices, ironing devices, and cloth dropping devices. During operation, after the fabric is stretched by the needle plate or cloth clip, the edge of the fabric may be bent and uneven. Ironing with a roller with steam in the middle can eliminate this ruffle phenomenon and stabilize the width at a higher temperature, making the fabric surface flatter and brighter.
The importance of anti-static
During the use of the Stenter Machine, static electricity will be generated due to friction, which will affect production. Static electricity will cause the cloth to not fall into the turnover car in an orderly manner, and the product will adhere or be adsorbed to the side of the frame, affecting the winding work. In addition, static electricity can also absorb dust, contaminate the surface of the cloth, and affect the appearance and quality of the cloth. Therefore, anti-static measures are very important in the operation of the Stenter Machine frame.
